We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to keep plants secure and hydrated. Each order is hand-packed with protective padding and climate-controlled materials to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.

What is your return policy for home decor items?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all non-living home decor. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that live plants are non-returnable, but are covered by our 14-day health guarantee.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship our home decor and hardware worldwide. However, due to agricultural regulations, our live plants can only be shipped within the continental United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey in real-time.
